The identification of fire safety upgrading or enhancement, following a fire safety audit/ risk assessment of your premises, often leads to some work being required to meet the identified risks. The works may range across several areas of specialism and include mechanical, electrical and passive building works.

The design and specification of works normally has a cost implication therefore before works commence you need to know the risk, priority and cost of the recommendations before decisions can be made on implementation.

  • Preparation of first order and budget costing for the implementation of works, following the designs and specifications undertaken by LWF or other consultants.
  • Preparation of pre-tender budgets.
  • Preparation of a prioritised action plan.
  • Preparation of a co-ordinated works programme.
  • Full cost and evaluation services in line with the contract management service described above.
