The office block contained a central atrium linking ground to fourth floors and a tower. The project brief included; fire engineering solutions for areas of non-compliance, means of escape modelling, atrium design, fire strategy report and structural fire assessment.

Client: Unison Description of the Project: The proposed development consists of an office block and an associated residential development. Unison HQ is located between Euston Road, Churchway and Charlton Street in London. The building comprises of an office building and residential tower and the two occupancies are adequately separated at basement level. The office block contains a central atrium linking ground to fourth floors and a tower with a floor plate area of approximately 320m2 and approximately 36.78m in height. LWF Involvement: LWF were appointed to provide fire safety and fire engineering services to the project including the production of the Fire Strategy Report for the proposed new building.
